And another shot, this time from the side and with a belt (my friends thought I had far to little random stuff!). I expect the sides to be entirely closed when I dare to lace it more tightly and the inevitable give of fabric has worked its magic.
The coif is also from the Tudor tailor, made out of a handwoven sheet I found at a charity shop.
