Radhi's coat

A collab project for and with *Verdokai who re-entered the LARPing madness after a hiatus of several years. Since he made the mistake of asking me to help, he returned accompanied by waxed linen thread and silly amounts of hand-sewing (though not entirely). Basically, I pointed and *Verdokai did the actual sewing and pinning, except for the sleeves, where I pinned, and the collar.

Outer fabric: a very heavy blue-grey wool
Lining: cotton/linen mixture, pale green.
Three buttons in each sleeve, 13 in front.

Picture from the Swedish LARP "Malcontenta" last week. It was awesome. And very warm. And also awesome. And *Verdokai was awesome as Radhi, too. Historically inspired, but not made after a specific reference.
